Hi, welcome to my page! I am Ruth Avila and I am the founder of Ruthashian Jumps. I received my bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from California State University Los Angeles in 2008. I spent thirteen years and counting in the pharmaceutical industry working jobs that leave little time in my day to exercise. My weight has fluctuated throughout the years due to many factors, my heaviest being 200 lbs. In 2019 I decided to join a fitness Kangoo- jump class and hopped right into love. I quickly became a trainer, and my interest quickly developed into a passion. This is how I started my own jump class In October 2020, starting the world of Ruthashian Jumps.
I am a group fitness certified. I am dedicated to creating new and fun jump routines full of high energy to challenge the body. I’ve developed routines to get you in shape and more importantly to have some fun. Join me in over 100 jump routines that I’ve curated during my long commutes. Ruthashian Jumps has been the factor in my life that has kept me mentally balanced while helping me maintained my weight. It’s fun cardio that I can’t get enough of.
My mission is to have a positive impact, I want Ruthashian Jumps classes to encourage people to become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. I dedicate all my hard work to my husband and my two beautiful children. Everyone is welcome in Ruthashian Jump classes.
